Design Brief: Lucient Apartments are a 5 star quality accommodation located on St Kilda Rd, in the heart of Melbourne. The Mirvac property group are renowned for quality construction and they engaged SWPS to provide the necessary swimming pool expertise.

The Result

The 25m lap pool and spa are important lifestyle elements for both owners and visitors to this beautiful building. Lucient has been crafted within a setting of translucent light and offers the ultimate in comfort, style, elegance and luxury living.
